Landscaping Database: suggestions for top of retaining wall

Looking for plants suggestions that will trail down a high concrete retaining wall for each season ...zone 7, west facing, narrow planting space, not a lot of water...can be colourful or green

I'd suggest trailing rosemary--I have it growing over the edge of retaining walls and it looks great as well as not needing much water.
