My wife spotted this spider in our bathroom, and I have never seen one like it before. Sorry for the blurry pic, I hope it is not too bad. It was upside down at the time of the pic. I have only seen the belly. Please help. I do not kill animals, so I would like to know if I should relocate it. If it is not super poisonous I will leave it be. I have a two year old and want to make sure he is safe.

It could be a male widow spider (Latrodectus sp.); the males appear to be far less dangerous than the females.
