originated from taiwan, i think the mature leaves will root if fallen to ground. thick leaves.. not sure if it is succulent.
i think this is the type of plant leaves that we used as bookmark when we were young.. it will grow root from the jagged leaves.

i think they call it "落地生根。 which means if it fall to ground , it will root. .

big but soft stem, easily snap if not careful.
