Is it an old stove? The problem with old wood and coal stoves is that a great many iron foundries made stoves. It wasn't hard and it gave them something to do to pick up a little money.
If it is old try the antiques and collectibles forum.
I'll look this up but it sure looks like one of those old wood stoves of the past. They do serve their purpose but I would always prefer the coziness of a fireplace.
