It does look like a Sumac but the seed are held on the stem quite differently then I'm used to for Rhus.
I'm with growin. Aren't Rhus fruits usually more clustered? It reminds me more of Pistacia chinensis. I wouldn't mark this one solved just yet.
Maybe Toxicodendron vernicifluum? If yes, CAUTION: dangerously caustic sap.
