    This plant was found growing at an altitude of 6000 feet at Karror, Murree, Punjab.

    To me, it looks like a Sorbus.

    Growin, indeed it does look like a Sorbus. Could it be narrowed down if i say i found it growing in the Western Himalayas, on the South side, India side not China side. Altitude 6000 feet, temp max 30 c, min -10 c. Exactly in the Murree hills. The two photographs attached will give you a idea of the growing conditions.

    Thanks, i have narrowed it down. It is Sorbus cashmiriana, Kashmir Mountain Ash.

    It's not Sorbus cashmiriana. Not sure what it is, can you get some large close-up pics of the foliage and fruit, please?
