It might be Salvia guaranitica 'Black and Blue'

I don't see the black stems and sepals. Might be there though and just can't see. Could be Argentine skies...I'd say use B. Clebsch's book on Salvias to i.d.; and I'd prune for looks for winter, lightly, then prune hard early spring for a nice bushy plant.
