Plant Identification: SOLVED: please help me identify this plant growing in zone 5 Toronto

Spotted this growing in the wild behind homes. A Compost pile is at the trunk base, did it grow from a fruit seed. It is very tall, about 10 feet so it must grow quickly in our fairly short growing season.
