Good suggestion! This the first year I have grown spaghetti squash, and the gardening season was so crappy that I only got 3 spaghetti squash. One has been eaten, and the others are in the root cellar. I know they do not keep as long as most winter squash, so I may just bake and can one of them. Depending on size, one makes 4-6 servings for me (living alone).
