Based in Waterloo, Canada. School project field work. Would greatly appreciate any help in identifying these plants/trees/grasses. im especially curious in the last two pictures, the leaves are fuzzy.

The last 2 are definitely Woolly Mullein (Verbascum Thapsus). Still unsure about 1,2 and 3. Thanks for all the help!
