When I was a kid, I helped my Dad seed a lawn and it was my job to keep it watered til it flourished. Eventually it provided many happy hours of play space. One particular spot regularly produced four-leaf clovers. Then one year I also found one each of clovers with 5, 6, 7, 8, and even 9 leaves! I wish I'd known how to preserve them to prove my claim! Thanks for explaining how this comes about.

I found a 5 leaf clover, most I found was 7 leaves but 2 were half torn. here's a photo of the 5 leaf.
