Hi, this is a photo (me next to it) that was taken in San Francisco's Golden Gate Park - the botanic garden there called "Strybing Arboretum" and I just remember that its country of origin is Chile. Very incredible and large plant and one I have not seen before. Anybody know what its called? Botanical and common names if possible. Thanks!!

Gunnera tinctoria

edited to add: it could be G. manicata, but that sp. is far less common.
