Well, actually this thread was originally posted in 10/2012 (not 2010) - and it doesn't look like an Oenothera sp. to me especially the foliage. Maybe an Orchidacea (not much help there as it's the most diverse flowering plant family).
In any case, please don't resurrect old, unsolved threads with no or few responses as it just clutters the queue of new ID requests. If the original poster did not get any helpful replies, and did not follow up, just consider it dead and ignore it.
