I planted a chiyote Squash last April and it has grown but it is still not fruiting? Somewhere I read that it takes 150 days but I still see no flower. Should I wait more? Is Houston a good climate and is it possible that the soil pH may hinder the flowering? What are things I can do to improve the chances of flowering and fruiting?
