I have 2 apple trees & 1 pear tree...don't know what varieties. In 2006 & 2007, I had lots of fruit. After that...had some flowers & fruit, but all
gone before ripening. Falling off? I don't think they are being eaten by birds or animals...never see fruit on the ground. I put boron on them
2 yrs ago. Still nothing at all to pick. Any ideas for next yr?

Are the trees in generally healthy condition? Are they getting good sunshine? Have you thought about thinning out the fruit? Sometimes if you try to leave to much on you wind up w/ no fruit.

Also, is there another pear tree of a different variety in the vicinity, and are the apple trees different varieties? I ask this because for good polination you need at least two varieties.
