Is there anyone out there that is in to growing oleander, named ones?

Not many Oleanders left in So. Cal. Most have succumbed to disease. http://www.cnr.berkeley.edu/xylella/diseases/oleander.html

It's very sad, I've heard that a lot of oleander have issues with scorch and the sharpshooter.
