Can't quite get these. Photos 1&2 are the same.
3 - Kingbird?
4 - Too big for laughing gull
5 - tough one - even a start would be helpful

#1-2 - Palm Warbler.
#3 - yep, Eastern Kingbird. The yellow tinge on the belly is odd, but it has the Eastern's diagnostic white tail tip.
#5 - not sure; possibly a yellow-variant House Finch, but more likely some escaped / feral cagebird finch from Africa, maybe Yellow-fronted Canary.

Thank you Resin, I was figuring number 5 was a finch, but not enough to go by. Thanks for all your help.
