Sharon - your tender care of Jordan truly impressed me. When we get old (really old), we would be fortunate to have someone be so kind to us and understanding of our changed needs and abilities. You did so good for him. Emma and Cecil are lucky dogs to have a home with you.
Sharon, I'm so sorry I didn't see this earlier. Hugs to you, my friend. You'll never know how much your encouragement ment to me when I lost my Kotagirl and how much I appreciate you following my journey when I got Moses. Please know I'm sending prayers your way today.
Thank you all for your kind thoughts. Jordan was here for 14 years and he was a wonderful dog but we believe he is in a better place and running like a puppy again. I just miss his excitement when we started for one of our walks. And I will always remember his unwavering love.
I picked up Jordan's ashes and I spent part of the day yesterday cleaning and rearranging the shelf where we have all the animals ashes. It is a good thing we are getting old because we are running out of room. It did cause more tears, but I did have the opportunity to revisit each pet and remember some wonderful memories.
It was 3 weeks today but it seems like forever. Having the puppies has helped a lot. Thank yu all for your thoughts. Sharon
I have a digital picture frame and have pictures of all my babies on it. It really brings back wonderful memories seeing each of them at all their many stages of their lives. I know you had tears, but thank God he gives them to us to love. Bless you for giving them a good home.
Awwww... Jordan was such a beautiful dog. He had such wonderful caring eyes. I am sure he is missed as much as my dear furry friends that have made that same journey. I am so sorry for your pain and loss. Hugs
