Computer Talk: Picasa won't allow me to Email from my provider

I also can't download photos to my new laptop since it gives me a message that something is wrong with my F drive. I have no idea what an F drive is, where it is, what it does or how to restore it. This is a brand new Toshiba laptop. Thanks for any help you can give me.

When you go to download a photo, maybe you can use as "Save As" and direct to a new drive. My guess is that your "new" laptop may have been owned by someone else prior to you and they used a thumbdrive with designation F. In desperation I called my computer guy and he's now working on it online with Fuji (the camera brand) since the notice I get when I try to download photos says something about my F drive and needing to create a new "file association" for the program to work. Thanks for your help. I do appreciate it.
