A friend of Spain found it growing in the field, we want know the name

That is some kind of Spindle (Euonymus sp.) - would recognize those seed pods anywhere.

Oh - opposite arrangement of foliage/branching, and squarish twigs are spot on as well.

If it's in Spain, it'll be European Spindle Euonymus europaeus
