Hi all. My brother who lives just outside Las Vegas, Nevada found this little creature on the hood of his car. We are both to curious to find out what it is but neither of us can find any information regarding what this is. It was very tiny, he said. When he got close to take a picture of it, he said it raised its front legs(?). If any one has any information on this I would be delighted to hear about it! Thanks.
