I think I have a near identical of your image. I uploaded an image to see if they are the same. I thought mine is Amaryllis belladonna. Am I wrong?

This was taken in Seattle, summer 2012.

singhg45 and vngarden - they both look like Amaryllis belladonna to me - differences in pics are due to lighting and/or color balance processing of the camera.

Amaryllis belladonna alright. They naturalize in my area and I have lots of them. They don't like to be transplanted though, so if you move them don't expect to see them for awhile.
