I have seen these in my garden. My neighbor told me what it is. It definately likes my phlox. I was hoping to see more but the heat last year kept the insect population way down.

I know what you mean...we were low on insects this year too...even the night flying ones were absent from around the streetlights...I think our severe drought may have contributed too.
