In my neighbourhood, the bottles would be stolen almost immediately. I enjoyed the historical info in your article as well as the great photos.

"I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy" (W. C. Fields) - what better way than drinking your way to a Bottle Tree.
