Does anyone know what this bush/tree is in my brother's Lugoff, Sc yard. It smells wonderful. Then this bush growing by the road on our street here. Also this tree in my sister's new yard...

    I am thinking of Osmanthus.
#2 looks like Ligustrum, especially the fruits.

I think that third image is the one they call Popcorn Tree in the south - some invasive species I've not had the pleasure to meet.

Agree with first pic as Osmanthus sp. for smell, but it should be opposite foliage arrangement. Also agree with Privet species for #2 - opposite foliage and all those blue fruit.

I agree with Osmanthus, for the first, and perhaps the second; I had to look up the fruit, and RHS says "large drupe, purple", so maybe that is what is is.
