This hawk looked weird to me, so I stopped by the side of the road and took some pics first under heavy clouds and then looking into the sun. Decided it was a starving immature Red-shouldered Hawk. I just looked at the pics and its head is really weird almost falcon-like, so thought I'd better check. What do you think?

Yep, immature Red-shouldered Hawk. Whether it's starving or not, no idea!

Wow. That does look skinny. Strange. Maybe a late juvi? Even juvis don't look that skinny though.
