    I have a friend in Hawaii that found this plant today -

    Can anyone help with ID

    I think the leaves of Senecio madagascariensis look much different.

    It is Senecio madagascariensis.

    An aggressive weed of pastures, developments, and waysides in dry to mesic areas of Hawai'i.

    It is widespread on Hawai'i Island. I have seen it becomming invasive in upcountry Maui. I imagine that it will become common in drier areas of all
    Hawai'i very soon.
