so, a friend of mine got bit earlier today by this spider (picture included). she is very scared and im doing my best to help her. the picture is a bit small but its the best i can do. she lives in Winconsin. any info would help out greatly on if its harmful or not.

Impossible to identify with certainty from this image, but it is nothing dangerous. One possibility is a prowling spider in the family Miturgidae -
