    Rlalique, I went to search for a closer match for the plant...came to the same conclusion for both plants in question...

    The two species of Argyrathemum , A. foeniculaceum (A. anethifolium) and A. frutescencs (both formerly under Chryanthemum) are supposed to be in wide cultivation, and often confused former with glaucous leaves and latter green (not glaucous). I hope above plant could be a cultivar of A. frutescens.
