I find those Yue Minjun statues creep me out.

Nothing like doing a giant sized introduced species.

Thanks for the link Growin,

Have you ever been to Lake Louise ?
This was Sammy doing the 40k walk around 'LL' in Summer.
Banff have some really fabulous summer walks.

Yes, as a kid.
Looks like Sammy did a full tour.
I wouldn't want to take that walk right now, though.

Yes, It is all snow at the moment.
It truly is a great summer walk.
Getting a little closer above the Lake.

I can't believe Yall live so close.
And here we are traveling across the world to look at your back yard.

I can't help being a tad jealous.

Well you know you will always be most welcome here in Australia.
And especially as my guest here in Brisvegas.
You only need to name the date and time.

This next Picture is just outside the front door of the Resort on the banks of Lake Louise. (summer)

Looks cold, even in winter. I'd take a frost-free climate anyday.

I think you meant 'summer'.

This was Feb 8th 2010 and this is well out on the frozen Lake.
Sammy didn't Ski, he just looked on and laughed.

Love that mistletoe, we have lots of mistletoe in our trees in Florida but nothing like that, just boring light green berries. The berries on this one are just as striking as the flowers are...wouldn't mind that growing in my trees at all.

Hi Sunkissed,

We will be coming back to Vancouver either July or December 2014.
If it is legal to bring Plant Seeds, I would be more than happy to bring you some mistletoe seed. :-)
