Plant Identification: Green leafed succulent

Would anyone be able to tell me the name of this succulent? I bought it at a garden center, but the woman did not know anything other than it was a succulent. It has thicker green leaves and the two larger plants have a single green stem. I was told when the leaves fall off you can stick them in soil to start new growths.

Looks like a Graptopetalum sp
