I found this insect clinging on the wall inside a house (level 20). what do you possibly think this is bee or fly? size is around 2cm. no nest around. many of them scattered around the wall area. their legs remid me of flies..but the thorax and eyes remind me of beee. Please help!

Definitely a bee, but can't tell for certain exactly what kind.
