Here we go again. singhg45, if it was Aucuba it wouldn't fit in the glass enclosure as the leaves are much larger. I'll try and get a leaf of both and set them side-by-side a bit later.
It's what I call "spotted croton," though I am not sure I didn't make the name up. It is, as Growin said, way to small for Aucuba... and I doubt there would be any reason to grow Aucuba in a glass container.
