The Hummingbird image (Rufous ???) is from McAllen, TX near the Mexican border as well as the other bird, which I have no clue where to begin in id'g it.

The hummer is a Buff-bellied Hummingbird. Second one, is a juvenile of either Olive Sparrow or Green-tailed Towhee, can't make my mind up which.
