Just wondering if anyone here does Romanian Point Lacework, because I'm teaching myself this art form and would love to see some of the things others have done.
From what I gather not many people do this, there is a serious lack of information in the web-o-sphere.
If not look it up it is really very pretty lacework.
Here is a pattern I have 'made' as my first big piece attempt.
Sure, I'm having a scosh of trouble getting the cord gauge just right but I think I figured that out during my midnight wanderings last night :) Once I have it all corded out I'll post another pic.
I have never heard of this but I am a glutton for punishment. I will be following you too to see how you are progressing. Be sure to take loads of photos. Inquiring minds love to know.
