    Bought this plant at Home Depot... looked lonely but I have no idea what it is... Can anyone help me identify it? :)

    You mean the seed its growing from- like an avocado does, splits and pops

    I had never heard of this until a couple months ago. I saw little ones in a market. The seed looked so fake! It was green even on the split inside face.

    They are pretty cool. Easily grown and marketed as a "Jack & the Beanstock" plant.
