    Got this one too..
    Have a clue as to this one? This one gets a little bit taller about 4 inches or so.
    Stinks terrible when it's blooming but only for a few hours, the flowers last a bit longs than some of them.
    Maybe because they are thicker? Thanks for any help!!

    More than a Stapelia it reminds me one Huernia... maybe Huernia primulina

    Ahhh the smell of the flowers is normal..it is to attract their pollinators...the flies
    then they were gone, the smell disappears

    Yes you may be right about it being a Huernia, we will see what the group says when they get on board.
    Yep, know why they smell they way they do, just thought I woud give it a bit better discription with the overly abundant aroma this specific one has.
