    Could you please ID this plant as per picture, it has a thorny stem and in my fruit garden. I live in Hampton Park, Melbourne, Victoria, AUSTRALIA.

    Some kind of raspberry or blackberry.

    Ditto to a Rubus. It'll have edible fruit (all Rubus do).
