a friend would like to replace this shrub she lost in an ice storm. it looks like 'eternal fragrance' to me, but she said it did NOT rebloom in the fall. i can see that the spring bloom is very heavy, compared to my 'eternal fragrance' spring bloom. any ideas? thanks everyone!
