White fly which is a pest... whatz this?

Mysore, India(Zone 10a)

These white flies settle under the leaves and sap juice from the plant. They are very tiny. Which is this? It is seen more during the dry season now.

Its a whitefly, a bug in the family Aleyrodidae. Some can be very serious pests.
