I am looking at this plant for an edger. Of course, I want it in bloom as long as possible.
I have Dianthus that comes from the box store in six packs that bloom late spring through late fall if they're dead headed regularly. Btw, they are perennial here.
Everywhere I read, the description says late spring to late summer if sheared after bloom.
For those of you that have had experience w. this plant, will it bloom like the above mentioned dianthus if dead headed to fall? Or does it tire out by late summer?
