Unknown plant identification please...

Hammond, LA

If anyone could help me identify these two plants I would greatly appreciate it. The first one just sprouted up where I moved my Japanese plum tree to (actually 8 of them popped up out of the ground all around the new home of the tree). I added no new soil or nutrients to the area.
The second one (w/the berries) I found on a nature walk. I have been looking at plant images for two weeks trying to identify them on my own, without success of course... Thank you.

Jaycee, if you want your plant ID'd, it is recommended to start a new thread. It looks like some sort of mustard or brassica seedling.

Fred - if you think they have solved it, could you please mark this thread as solved?

Thanks!
