I believe this is a red-billed, but wanted to make sure it was not a white tail tropicbird. Sorry for the blurry photos, but with the three you can see bill color, pattern on wing tips top and bottom.

also seen off cliffs in Saba. There were several of them and they were squaking quite a bit when flying out over the water.

Yep, Red-billed; White-tailed differs in having a black bar on the inner wing (except for juveniles, and they have a yellow bill).
