A client moved into a new building and they are unable to identify this plant. It looks like a fern with these orange fingers that are now starting to slowly die. Any suggestions? Thank you!

It should be a palm species of Chamaedorea. I just photographed this last week at Home Depot in Seattle, WA.

Maybe Chamaedorea elegans http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/1479/ and the seed inflorescence. http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/showimage/298659/
