SOLVED: What it is?

BATTLEBORO, NC

I have several of these evergreen bushes. I want to move some and 'chop-back' some. They are too massive. Even have root-sprouts as bushes where I don't want them.
If someone wants some, contact me. But for right now, just need to know what they are so I can learn how to maintain them.

Rlalique was quite right. Online photos of your shrub will be growing season photos, not ice storm photos:>)

I think the plants in these pics have shot-hole disease http://www.walterreeves.com/gardening-q-and-a/laurel-shot-hole-disease/

You are quite right. But I thought the close up was better than the OP photos.
