I live in Central Texas in the Texas Hill Country (Zone 8). This is my first attempt to grow a organic vegetable garden. I'm getting my soils prepared now and have planted cold tolerant vegetables such as lettuce, chard, radishes, brocolli, brussel sprouts. I have heard that you can use some flower plants and herbs to control insects. Can you advise me what is the best method of controlling insects for organic gardening?
