| Yes, it does look like a Dwarf Alberta Spruce.
It has a pyramid shape, and perhaps may have had more width if it was in the ground? |

| Even in a container they are more pyramidal than columnar as your is. Maybe I'm wrong.

| Ditto to Dwarf Alberta Spruce Picea glauca var. albertiana 'Conica'.
The shape is because they've been trimmed, there's cut-off shoot ends visible in the pics.
