    Reminds me of a Dwarf Alberta Spruce. Maybe a bit narrow for that.

    Yes, it does look like a Dwarf Alberta Spruce.
    It has a pyramid shape, and perhaps may have had more width if it was in the ground?

    Even in a container they are more pyramidal than columnar as your is. Maybe I'm wrong.

    Ditto to Dwarf Alberta Spruce Picea glauca var. albertiana 'Conica'.

    The shape is because they've been trimmed, there's cut-off shoot ends visible in the pics.
