    Hi there,

we have this plant in our greenhouse, it is a magnificent plant with large leaves (1 meter or taller) that blooms various times a year with two to five blooms of a purple-pink flower around the base as pictured.

Anyone knows what it could be?

    Thanks a million,
    Zuzana.

The foliage reminds me of Eucomis. The bloom kinda has an Eucomis look to it as well. Related? A close-up of one of the blooms would help.

more like Cochliostema jacobiana, or the more common C. odoratissimum.
