A friend of mine miscarried and I'd like to buy her some plants whose names mean the child's name, Jayden (thankful) Angel. We live in zone 5B so would love to find things she could plant outside in her garden as a sweet remembrance. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been looking for hours and can't figure out how to find plants by their meaning. Thanks in advance.

So sorry about your friends' loss. I didn't go all the way to the hardiness aspect of these suggestions, so please investigate that if you find plants you and she like.

Can't believe my spreadsheet of notes, with a sheet of "plant meanings" that I assembled almost 15 years ago, has finally been consulted.

If there is an interest in house plants, maybe something from Exotic Angel?
