White Orchid like flowers, daylily leaf, bulbs or corms protruding thru surface of soil. What is it?

Are you sure that is not a species or cultivar of Cymbidium orchid?

I agree with VNGardener. That looks very much like a happy Cymbidium orchid. Without a close up of the flower it is hard to say which one.
